The listed price includes Europe-wide shipping and all applicable import duties.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

Your MAVENI warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery.
It covers any structural failures in metal or solid wood components, as well as workmanship-related defects such as threading, piping, buttons, or glued parts that may come loose under normal residential use.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural materials such as marble, leather, wood grain variations, fabric, glass, or foams.
• Wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidents, or exposure to elements.
• Colour variations, stains, or fading that occur naturally over time.
• Final sale items, complimentary pieces, and custom-made products, which are sold as-is.

Consequential or incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
Warranty coverage ends if the item is resold or transferred.

For small objects and accessories, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Because our made-to-order and personalized pieces are crafted exclusively for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Please note that return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
